Seller fraudulently declared item value of about double its true price (€320+20 instead of €170+20). Seller lied about doing that when asked about a large customs charge (£72) incurred, claiming he declared real price (€170+20). It’s found out when buyer received the parcel and saw the customs declaration form onto it. Seller’s dishonesty incurred huge extra losses on the buyer but refused to own up his mistake by fully refunding the extra customs charge incurred out of his fault.
