    I didn’t want to leave a negative review so I went with neutral. Which is strictly based off of shipping woes. Singpost and the quantium tracking process are abysmal. I lost tracking ability for approx 5 days. Then when I did get tracking ability back, it said unsuccessful delivery. Two days later it’s delivered by usps. The seller did communicate well with me. It was packaged nicely, intact and as described. That being said I did pay extra for “expedited” shipping and it still took 18 days.
