Leider war der defekte Artikel defekt, habe dieses sofort bei dem Verkäufer angezeigt. Der Verkäufer war sehr bemüht die Unannehmlichkeiten gegenüber dem Käufer wieder gut zu machen und hat nach Rückgabe der Ware sofort die Rückerstattung veranlasst. Mein Fazit: Verkäufer Vorbildlich !!
