    It works!

    It's a bit more cumbersome than a similar, more compact UV torch that I had, but it does the job. I bought it to use with certain crystals and for some of them it works, but not others. If you buy one and put batteries in it and it doesn't work first time, just turn the battery holder around and try again.

    Uv light-not-that-bright!

    I bought this as I have an old cat who has accidents plus I work with animals and i thought it would be good to show up any potential skin issues, in situations where I can’t plug in our mains operated uv light.Firstly it has to be dark for it to work properly and it’s not that bright. You have to be close to the subject it’s shone upon but it does show up what you want to see. I am used to a veterinary grade uv light which is very bright in dark conditions so have to take that into account.For non professional jobs such as seeking out urine stains it’s adequate and given the price you can’t expect too much. Overall it’s a good little product if you don’t expect too much and are using it in the home or in a party type situation or using it for uv art projects. I would buy it again.

    Quality Torch. Very Happy.

    I didn't realise that you could now write reviews for a product after you have bought it but Ive just figured out how to do it and I probably won't do many of them but this torch was very good quality and I'm very happy with it. It shows up marks and dirt where you think is clean.....the kitchen tiles for starters! It's worth getting even if you are only using it for cleaning like I do. I use it mainly to check the bathroom is clean and kitchen. It's easy to miss little bits without a torch like this so it's worth buying and it's not going to break the bank either. I recommend it :)

    Redefines "clean" !

    It really does work ! However, get prepared to see things that you really don't want to see ! It detects different kind of stains that you didn't know that the were there ! Very bright LEDs, sturdy aluminum body. Nice UV flash light overall.

    Perfect for dog pee

    I bought this as have puppies in the house and could smell pee but couldn’t see it. The torch showed up where the pee was and was able to focus the cleaning in that area. It makes you a little bit obsessive with the cleaning as it showed up pee splashed around the toilet so I spent a day cleaning the house with the curtains closed and just the torch to show up areas I had missed. Also shows up dust that your hoover has missed. It’s a great cleaning aid.
