Produced by PERCEVAL for the large agencies of the Compagnie d'aviaton installed in the capitals of each country; The Douglas Constellation is represented on the whole of the poster, it was the emblem of the Aircraft which can finally cross the Atlantic to the passengers of the CIE in a stopover on the Azores. Following engine upgrades and the installation of additional wingtip fuel tanks, the Super Constellation will perform non-stop ocean crossings. It will soon sound the death knell for the great Paquebots of the Cie Transatlantique. The condition of this poster is superb, it is printed in lithography on eight sheets of paper. It is mounted on four key frames, in the form of a screen.
