Fast delivery, item as described. Item arrived with a vital part damaged from transit. The part was unsecured in the box resulting in it being bent. The wiring and fixing kit was taped to the bar but the detachable ball was loose in a box. The seller needs to address this in the future. The whole box was a mess, two washers missing and the damaged little bag where you will keep the detachable towbar even after contacting the seller, arrogant person has ignored my complaint/communication with him. Re towbar, looks sturdy, re communication skill, he is excrement. I’m still convinced that Westfalia was better option for the same money. Did the item arrived as discribed, sorry BUT NO!!!
