I requested a return for this item on the 6th November it’s now the 14th November and I am still waiting for a return label. asked eBay to step in and they have extended the time the seller has to deal with this. Not good enough !! If you sell on eBay the seller and eBay should follow the process. Very disappointed with seller and eBay
