    Item marked as despatch and given tracking number, contacted seller 5 days later as Royal Mail said they were still waiting for the item to arrive. Seller said it was just a despatch note, not a posted note and it had been posted, but next day still not been received by Royal Mail and then I see seller has marked themselves as ‘away’ until 29th July. Asked for refund.
