I am 76 and suffer from arthritis and have never attempted anything like this before. It was unbelievably easy. I think it only took me half an hour. The chair is lovely and much bigger than I expected and it wasn't expensive. Thank you so much.

Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
