This arrived damaged, seller firstly ignored my message and gave excuses why they couldn’t reply, then told me to bend the item back into shape as it would be fine, and now simply refusing to refund. They said they would send me another one and to keep the original, I advised I purchased another as I couldn’t wait so they said again I could twist it back into shape and they offered 30% allowance. Each time they take a day or so to reply. Very poor service, AVOID this seller

Our messages are all replied within 24 hours, isn't it that your parents still have to be around you every moment? Moreover, it was you who refused us to resend the item yourself. We said you were unwilling to return it and insisted on a refund. EBay policy requires you to return the item before we can issue a refund. You're just trying to scam us out of money and items, you're such a cunning scammer.
