Be careful when buying products from this company.I sent them a message with proof photos.There was no product in the envelope. But he did not accept this and claimed that we dropped the product while opening the envelope. Even though I searched the entire floor of the house, we could not find anything. Because they sent an empty envelope. We asked them to refund the money or send the product again. But they said they would not send us the product again.

We send upwards of 1000 orders a week, and using a packing process evolved over the 20 years we have been selling batteries, means we absolutely can be sure the item was despatched. Our constant improvement ethos, means we listed to our customers and no longer tape them to the invoice, as it causes damage to the packaging. We get about 17-20 messages a month about "bounce outs" like this, and the feedback given here is just not correct. We never would send an empty envelope and advised customer

Anyone who is stupid enough to post their personal address on here, is going to be a problem. You will see the evidence of 2 hand signatures, which is used to make certain more than 1 is packed into any order. We do this because the cells can bounce out unnoticed (taping them is a no - no for many customers because it damages the packs. So we are happy we sent 2 and the buyer is not correct here.
