Delivery was within time frame. But price wise not worth £3.33. It was "free post" but I think postage was in the £3.33. wouldn't say good value. Communication was minimal but .no need for more. Customer choice if you try the product.

My parcel was lost by Royal Mail and Beth immediately offered a refund or a replacement. When the product was sent a second time the delivery company did not notify me and I assumed it had been lost again. However, a quick message to Beth resolved the issue. She sent me a photo of the parcel which had been (too) well hidden behind a bin! The updates and replies were very swift and I really want to praise their customer care. Mr Guariglia

If the damage happened in transit, perhaps a jiffy bag is not sturdy enough packaging. That aside, it's a great product and I would buy from this seller again.
