I have waited for a reply from the seller and as yet have not received a reply . The book cover is not the same as the description and I brought it for the fact that it matched the other Michael Palin books and I wanted a set .

  • Fun game, but not for you if you want a purely scary game.

I bought this game because I watched a top ten scariest games and thought I'd buy this cause I like horror games. The graphics I must say are a bit dated and blocky. The plot is playable. A good list of spells along with weapons. There are some good scripted moments in the game, although not that scary. Gore however I must say is prominant in this game. If you want a fun game this is it, but as far as belonging in the fear goes, it belongs there only as a technicality.

  • Clive Barker's Undying - A Competent Entry in the Horror Genre.

It has the odd interesting mechanic in there, definitively good horror elements, and a suprising bit of depth. Once you reach the bottom of that depth however, it feels like the game is somewhat linear with the same basic premises throughout. It's not the horror element - that's done remarkably well. But the *gameplay options* have little variety. Consequently, once completed, this is one you shall have to remember fondly, but not so much a game you'll want to playthrough again. Considering this software has aged and had a soldout re-release - it is now dirt cheap to own the disc for. So why not? :)
