Seller went the extra mile tracking the package, probably because it was delayed by a contractor before the USPS even got their hands on it. Once in USPS hands, the package was further delayed, no fault of the seller, but they wrote me twice to ensure that I finally received the battery. This is my second battery from them, I love the first one (much better than the OEM that came with my Kobalt mower and half the price)!
