Returned this item, as the hackamore part did not work effectively. Return was received my the seller, and confirmed by eBay on the 4th of January. by January 20th and i still had no refund, and seller claimed item was not received. eBay sent me an email saying i should have received refund by now. i opened a case with eBay, and was refunded on the 27th of January, and then received a email asking to revise my feedback by seller, falsely stating I immediately opened a case with eBay.

When I purchase a new purse for $250 and it arrives in less than pristine condition, I expect a little customer service. It took them days to respond, and their first reaction was to try to say it was advertised that way. 😡
The leather fringes on the purse were all wadded and kinked. I wasn’t even attempting to get a refund. All I asked for was advice on how to straighten the fringes. It took them forever to respond and their tone was snooty.
