An absorbing read and very good value for money.
I bought this book after having watched a TV Biopic on Morecambe and Wise by Graham McCann. The book brings out the sheer professionalism and hard work of Morecambe and Wise from their early days to the height of their fame. It is not a light read but I found I was drawn into the story of their hard beginnings of showbusiness, then onwards and upwards. You really appreciate how loyal they were to each other.
