For low sodium foods, this is the book you need. Recipes are easy to follow and usually don't require a lot of exotic ingredients. When you first read this book, have plenty of page markers handy. You'll find so many recipes you will want to try. Everything I've cooked from it have really been tasty. On the cheap too. Besides low sodium, other nutrition items (calories, protein, carbs, etc) are usually in the good range. You will like this book.
