Printer arrived fast and was well packaged. Condition was almost brand new, seems the issue was with the part cooling fan wire had disconnected, 5min fix and it was printing perfectly!. Would highly recommend and would purchase from again!

Great seller, the item I purchased was unfortunately out of stock, but I was given the option of a full refund or I could wait or pick another one. I opted to wait for a K1 and pay the extra. It arrived yesterday and was in great condition Dutton didn’t even look like it had been used. Only issue was the bed was not level but after watching some videos on how to level it and taking it apart it’s now printing great!

Arrived really quickly. Packed in it's original packaging and looks like it's never been used. This one had a nozzle Comms error. Fixed quickly and easily with some component work on the motherboard. Could have been done with a new motherboard if you're not technically minded. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the purchase, postage was ridiculously quick taking only 2 days from Order to delivery. The printer wasn’t in the best condition and could have been packed a little better. But that’s a minor complaint, especially as the fault as per the description was easily fixed. I can’t say that they will all be like this but if I needed another I would definitely buy from this seller again.
