Surprisingly also charged 20% vat in addition to advertised price. Half the order was missing, the vendor agreed to minimal compensation. I reluctantly agreed to this to cut my losses. I did receive a 20% (+vat) refund.
Not worth my time pursuing so no case opened.

Item arrived with excess sticky glue smeared on it which I had to scrub off, the back of the item was a massive faff to adjust, not like the listing described as ‘easy to fit’. These were far from easy to fit. Lastly I did message the seller in order to try and get a replacement item before leaving this feedback, I sent them photographic evidence but did not receive a response. Chinese cheap item and not as good quality as the pictures made it appear to be.
I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Bought this item advertised as 10L deep fat chip pan to find when delivered its only holds 6L and upon messaging asking why its advertised as 10L ? Their reply plain and simple … “Fuel tank is 10L but holds only 6L of fuel” that bit of important information is missing from description, No question of exchange or that they made a mistake or any kind offer to resolve this issue, I’d recommend giving this person/company a wide berth
