Requested return label on receipt of parcel no instructions and no screw driver and no bungs for ends of poles .no response so I contacted them again and said if they don't reply I will inform eBay then I received a picture of the instructions . I asked again for screw driver and the bungs . I received offer of 15 percent off I replied it's alot of money to loose this order is to much myther I just want a return label still no reply .so I said if they make it 20 percent of I'll donate it
