Great price and easy transaction ! This ring is very pretty, fits well and is just what I wanted. Seller has excellent communication and is extremely helpful ! I had messaged seller asking if they had the same ring but with a blue topaz. Seller got back to me quickly and said the blue topaz was not available but if I purchased a second ruby ring the stone could be changed. Excellent service. The return was due to sizing issue. Please note, that there are TWO ring enhancers enclosed in the same package. Each however, has it's own packing slip included. Since the mailing address was the same on both labels, and the items are small, I enclosed them both in the same package for the return. I trust this will not be a problem. Please advise if it is. I have copies of both shipping labels and packing slips if need be.
