As a refurbished unit it was in excellent condition. However disappointed that a iPhone 14 Pro’s battery had deteriorated to 89% capacity in about 1 year life (released in uk in Sept 22). More concerning my phone had not had all content and settings cleared so I couldn’t get it to do Quick start to transfer from my old phone. After 2 hours I worked out what the problem was and cleared everything myself. It then worked fine. Not impressed at the time. Now happy with phone
