      Meets the deficiency needs

      With the sun becoming a rarity, these days, it's nice to know the vitamin D needs can at least be met. When taken daily as per instructions, I can really feel the difference when I forget to take it.

      to expensive ,to less iu

      It's not worth buying this vitamin for this price. Every manufacturer puts information on 1000 iu,2000 and so on, but does everyone know what this is about? It's the concentration of the vitamin in the solution. No manufacturer puts information about the daily requirement, because the truth is that 2000 iu is not even a dose for babies. An adult needs more than 10,000 iu a day. This one contains 1000 iu, so it's not worth buying it. There's 25,000 iu in a pharmacy for 25 pounds. Vitamin D protects against cancer, and can even cure it.

      K2 and D3 the best combination

      I take D3 in all months with an ‘R’ in it as in UK we don’t get enough sunshine. However, without K2 calcium does not get to the right places in your body so it is essential to take them together. As I do not like taking pills, these drops are the best! I take three drops each, together, in a glass of water.

      Great product, reliable seller

      I've done the research - liquid drops of Vitamin D with K2 are the most effective way to take a D supplement. I'm a semi-vegan vegetarian (30 years) and post-menopausal so I really need a D supplement. This is my second bottle. Excellent product.
