Received as stated in listing. Shipping cost a little high since you put it in an envelope and put a stamp on it and charge 3.90. Not just this seller but a lot of others. Making more money off the shipping .

So glad you received this and happy with it. This was not mailed with a stamp; you may have this order mixed up with another. when selling something on Ebay everything is shipped with shipping labels or there would be no way to track it, tracking number can be provided should you ever need this. So, because of the shipping label and being sold through Ebay this was and so are all the other Boy Scout Patches listed at 1oz, package size 1x1x1. this is the cheapest rate on shipping through Ebay.
