Quite possibly worst customer service, sent me the wrong item which is dusty and not in any sort of packet, when I queried said that item is more expensive but I don’t care about the price I care about getting the product I’ve ordered and all I get is snide messages back instead of any actual help or the email for the returns label sent through despite it being their error to correct

Awful seller? I'll let you decide. The seller sent the wrong item and when i questioned it thier response was "l know you received a different item but it 's a 3m cable and does the job. Please feel free to send it back for a refund if you are really concerned with the tiny details". Please see photos of the listed item (vibrant pink, braided cable) and what I actually recieved (dull pink, poor quality plastic coated cable). I wouldn't call it a tiny difference, would you?
