This took some time but eventually everything worked out wonderfully. First of all I didn’t realise that the packaging was in 2 pieces. When I contacted the seller I was spoken to by Julie. She apologised that I wasn’t informed of this and chased up my 2nd package. I received it within days. My next problem was that one of the pieces was faulty. Julie again chased up a second part all the way from China. Overall I am so happy that I only spoke with one agent and I love my chair. Sturdy
