My only gripe is that the packaging was no more than a bin liner and parcel tape. This meant that the case for the item arrived torn. Not a huge detriment, but disappointing nonetheless.     Diamond Elite Steam Iron

    It's not lightweight but my wife says it needs to be reasonably weighty in order for her to iron properly. Its performance is perfect and she is very pleased indeed with it.
