Buyer received these 10days ago, 26/2/24 & 1st message from her today 7/3/23, saying she had just opened them & didn't like them. I replied a few hours later on the 7/3/24 advising her to request a refund asap, as 14 day returns on these is almost up!. Not waiting for a reply from me she gave these negative comments, And I would add, 10days after receipt of the sandals. Very disappointed with buyer for doing this. The soft sandal platform design was shown clearly in the photos.
