Item failed after two weeks. I requested return and refund. Seller then asked me to buy something else from their shop for the same value. There was nothing I wanted. Seller then requested a video of the problem which was sent. Sole then asked irrelevant questions like what is my email address. Seller is now not responding to my messages. All of this for a 13 pound device!Seller has been extremely uncooperative has no place on eBay. Please arrange my refund.
