Not even 5cm thick! I may as well be using a folded up tea towel, in fact I think a folded up tea towel would give more support. There is no memory foam, it is just a very thin layer of sponge, it holds no shape, hence, not memory foam. Total rip off!!!

Have sold many, people are ok with them considering the price. Its a budget item, if you want premium items shop in Harrods or try contacting the seller instead of using this forum to vent your first world problems.
