I had one at work fell in love with it & now I have one at home even more in love. This hoover is very quiet, comes with lots of attachments. There’s a bag already inside. Looks brand new if you ask me! No scratches or anything to suggest it’s not. I’m so happy with this!

Either they've done a magnificent job in cleaning the cylinder and parts or I've received a cut price brand new model that was either a showroom model or was a return after someone changed their mind. A brilliant purchase at a cracking price with a 24 hour delivery. Thank you.

Happy with Henry, however giving 4 stars not 5 because the air brush does not rotate when used but stays fixed so pointless having it as it doesn’t pick up! However, Henry does leave the house smelling clean!
