Not the best experience but has been redeemed! The Item appeared to be lost with courier for several days. I contacted seller and refund was processed very quickly - Thank You! I also raised issue with the courier and Item has now arrived, albeit left outside when I asked them to leave inside the porch! Unfortunately it was also totally squashed flat when it should be shaped to stand inside the oven. Poorly packaged, really not protected at all.
