Received the iPod Touch 7th gen as described (no cosmetic defects, fully functional in factory packaging). Within 5 days the device was stuck in recovery mode and would not restart, and attempts to reinstall iOS with iTunes failed. I contacted the seller who responded immediately and paid for return shipping. I received a full refund within 24 hours of shipping the device back. I was very happy with the interaction.

The iPod came just as described. The shipping box was sealed in such a way that no one would dare tamper with and you not know it. The iPod was very nicely wrapped to prevent it from being damaged. I will come back and let you know how it sounds at a later time. But right now, I’m very satisfied. I would recommend the merchant because of the way they took the time and care to safely mail the iPod.

Item shipped quickly and is exactly as described. I had an issue at first with the included cable not keeping a connection with the PC but when I dug out an old cable from my older iPod and that solved the problem so be aware that could be an issue. Otherwise great seller and good product.
