Buyer be ware! This last one earring black opals are still here. After my purchase which when it arrived were blue dull earrings. I had to get ebay involved as they would not honor there return policy. After 3 weeks of fighting. Ebay stepped in and I now have my money back. NEVER AGAIN!

Did not receive item represented in photo in offer. Seller agreed to replace item in a timely manner. Seller stated shipping would be in two days & received in 7-10 days. I agreed to this return offered. However I have had no further response from seller. I strongly believe this is a “ bait & switch” situation. Do to fact seller has not followed through with replacement offer I believe EBay should reopen case for return. Obviously this seller has many problems with handling transactions .

Seller sent me a different item, then relisted the item I purchased. I have requested the correct item. And it's still pending whether or no I will get a full refund. I've offered to return the item to get my intended purchase bc it was a gift for my birthday. Seller has offered $10 partial credit and for me to keep the ring I did not order. Very frustrating and disheartening. Pics of what I ordered (black listing) vs what they sent (white listing) I just wish I could get the correct item.
