The building instructions however were very difficult to navigate and we did have a couple of incidences where we had to dismantle to change things around or put screws in where we found we hadn’t, it made for a frustrating build and we aren’t novice builders. It was what we expected for the price and was in very good condition

Unfortunately, the greenhouse I bought was not great and I couldn't recommend it to you to purchase it (very fiddly and difficult to install), but that wasn't the seller's fault (other retailers sell the same item) , and in terms of posting an item quickly, they did that. Just a shame the item wasn't of great quality

Only little space, made up in situ. Need longer metal legs into soil to hold securely. We are fixing slabs into the corners of the base to hold it. The p.carb. sheets are thin, tear at the edges and difficult to get into frame, we have used a sealant to secure to frame at base. We had to make a hook to fix window handle out of the way,It will do the job. Driver very good on delivery.

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
