Very poor customer service these panels arrived damaged I sent photos of the panels photos of the damaged box and because apparently the courier said delivered ok I wasn't believed. Terrible and rude customer service I asked if we could arrange a time to be collected and refunded so I can be at home they just arranged it expecting me to be there which I couldn't just a poor attempt to make it look like they are trying. Wouldn't recommend this company at all do not buy from them.

We ask for images of any damage to be sent as soon as possible so we can sort. We received the one image after some time which did not include the rest of the panels or box. It was the couriers image on the POD where you received delivery that looked fine but you later said the box was covered in mud. We have tried helping on several occasions to arrange a collection with you but always unavailable. You then asked for a partial refund to use them and only after receiving this you leave feedback.
