Broken not working
Recieved the microwave in good time, plugged it in turned it on the light came on the plate started to spin but no matter what we tried it wouldn't warm anything up !!!! It was just blowing cold air !!!!! We tried trouble shooting via the instructions but that didn't work and it just continued blowing cold air ! We messaged direct vacuums to ask for help but they are very slow at getting back to us and we are still awaiting their reply !Recieved the microwave in good time, plugged it in turned it on the light came on the plate started to spin but no matter what we tried it wouldn't warm anything up !!!! Not too impressed with this purchace, was brougjt brand new. I unpacked the machine and when i looked at it, it had a massive dent in the side and the top of it, i looked at the box it came in and no part of the box was dented or damaged that could of caused it to dent! Not happy at all
