This seller was terrible in dealing with a small item (toilet flushing handle) that broke within 2 weeks! After so many messages and lying about me receiving refund and last message included this "I want you to look behind your back" I thought this is a threat then without hesitating I report to Ebay and next day I got refund. This seller has so many bad reviews and should fix up and treat customers fairly.

An absolute disgrace. The clock arrived just in a thin box with no bubble wrap to protect it. All of the glass was completely smashed, and they offered me 15% refund!! The clock is completely unusable and it’s a wonder I didn’t seriously cut my hands when opening it . How insulting to be offered 15% when I can’t even use it. I would never buy from this seller again.
