Seller was rude when I chased delivery up, item apparently arrived today and it’s not on my doorstep seller has done nothing to help me but send a picture of a doorstep it’s on. Baring in mind I live on a new build estate and every house and doorstep is the same and the picture where item is shows no door number! so could be anywhere so didn’t even receive item and was also a day late according to delivery date eBay provided. Won’t buy again off this seller very rude and unhelpful.

You were abusive to me last night when you said your parcel was lost , you hadnt looked at tracking and it was showing at your local hub, you then said it was late, it wasnt late ebay give an estimated date and its xmas. you then said you didnt want item anymore so very conveniently you now say you didnt receive item as not handed to you. You have blamed me for sending a parcel out on time and it being eby that gave the estimated time not me. im sorry but I have excellent feedback and never had
