This item was mis advertised as new. It's been used lightly and has Ex-D stickers over it which I assume means ex demonstration model. I considered returning it but needed one quickly. So despite 1 of the accessories being missing, I have chosen to keep it as the price was also quite competitive and it seems to work well so far. However, be cautious of this dishonest trader.

The item itself is exactly what I want at a very good price. The service was quick and the communication was very good. My only gripe is that the packaging was no more than a bin liner and parcel tape. This meant that the case for the item arrived torn. Not a huge detriment, but disappointing nonetheless. I would still shop with them again.
