  • a book full of the physics of helicopter flight

not your casual coffee table pick up and browse type book, more for someone with a real interest in the rudimentary workings of the aircraft type. There is a fascinating new chapter on the history of Helicopter evolution, going back through the centuries to Leonardo's first ideas, through the 17-18 hundreds. Not for someone who is interested in static models, but someone making scale r/c one's or persons seriously thinking of studying to fly the full size aircraft.
