Very disappointing transaction with this seller described as "Excellent condition fully Boxed. No scratches or marks" but didn't come with the box and came with screen burn/ghosting issues when I asked seller why this wasn't mentioned he just said didn't notice it and you got a good price any way, he also advertised extras which he didn't send, so now having to mess about re packing and sending back to the seller due to missing parts and condition not being as described, very disappointed AVOID

An equally disappointing sale. The buyer requested a return and was immediately offered a cancellation and full refund. I explained I was not aware of the alleged ghost issues, but other than that was in as "Excellent condition fully Boxed. No scratches or marks", the original box was not in the description. The buyer later accepted the ghost image issue was not a problem and requested compromise. I suspect the buyer was looking for issues to reduce the sale price, took 15 days to return

This order was cancelled by the seller. The item was listed as "Excellent condition fully Boxed. No scratches or marks", but the seller cancelled the order without any explanation. When I asked why then the seller answered that "the unit has been damaged". I asked for photos of the damage and the seller never responded. Don't waste your time with this seller.

I explained to the buyer that the phone had damage and the rear glass needed replacement. It's unfortunate, but the phone was not not be sold as it did not meet description.
