I mistakenly ordered 21 items instead of 2 as when i entered 2 in quantity box it put a 2 in front of the default quantity 1, to make 21. I contacted seller and returned th 19 pcs I didn't want, but seller said they would only refund 8%. They then asked me to close dispute as they could not refund me if it was open. I contacted ebay who said had I closed the transaction I would have no redress. Full marks to eBay, very few to this seller
