Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 90 day warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you.       Fit for purpose?

      This is the third one ( inc the original) in 3 years , the plastic breaks down and crumbles away even though religiously use filtered water as in instructions. But there is no alternative, the stove although very desirable was very expensive and needs to be kept going, I tried to just use the light without the smoke but you cannot.now look at it as an annual expense hoping Dimplex May improve the material!

      Pleased with spare

      Pleased with this spare but not with the Dimplex fire. Bought it two years ago and already had to spwn over £100 in spares. The fire is poorly made.
