Only received 5pc not the 9pc . Got told they would send out a replacement. Then that changed and wanted me to return the 5 via Royal Mail and they will send out a 9pc set. Asked why can’t they just replace the missing items as they are all just individually packed in a postage bag (no box). It’s clearly a scam as they will receive the items back and then say they don’t have the 9pc in stock before issuing a refund. Don’t waste your time!

The buyer was offered a replacement and refused, the utensils are in stock i’m not sure why buyer is assuming they aren’t. Collection was arranged for a return and a full refund was issued. You can purchase these utensils with ease.
