    Best from Bruce for a long time.

    This album is the best from the boss in a long time. Bruces' voice just gets better with age. Buy it and you won't be disappointed. It has a cinematic quality about it.

    Easy listening, a singalong to CD

    As with all CD's some songs you like a lot, some not so much, It's different to the norm, not his usual style, a bit more country which I don't mind.Will have to listen to it a few times to make full judgement. Would I recomend it would be more maybe rather than a possitive yes, it's good value, it's standard price and good sound quality, having said that, it is played on a Bose system.

    Western stars is a great group of songs based around the mid West America. Some of springsteens finest songs of a mature nature. About lost loves new loves ,life choices, work,money ,travelling and the great outdoors and even the weather.

    Springsteen hits one out of the Park

    Great songs, great lyrics and Bruce's voice is on top form. As a life long fan there are at least three songs here I would add on any Springsteen best of I would compile. It is a very specific sound and mood he is going for here and whilst clearly being very 'Spingsteeny' is very different from previous works. I would easily rate this as the best solo Album (non E-street band) he has ever made.
