Seller agreed to refund upon return of item, but only set a 'QR Code' for return shipping and refused to send an actual label (PDF) that I could print out. QR code would require me to travel to a Post Office and wait in line just to return a ten dollar item. Seller was rude and condescending. He started a return & we chose the option for ebay to provide him with a return label. Ebay sent him a return label. Buyer couldnt understand how to print a label & demanded that we send it to him. We explained that ebay provides him the label directly & that we have no access to it whatsoever. He argued that we were wrong. Ebay sent him a message confirming this info. That made him mad.
