Arrived a couple of days late, probably due to the post office. The function of the yellow and red wires on the hardwiring kit seemed to be opposite the way shown on the side of the device. When the yellow wire was connected to the battery as instructed the camera was powered on continuously. It only worked correctly, switching off when the ignition switch was off, with the yellow wire on the spare acc terminal in the fuse box.
