The adaptor was not programmed correctly. When plugging an N64 controller in, the Z button was programmed as Z2. Making it impossible to play game like Goldeneye as it is the fire button! Contacted the seller and they took me around in circles and told me to take it to someone who could show me how to use it. In the end I asked for a refund but was offered compensation of 30% and to keep the item. I said no as it’s faulty and the item was returned for a refund.

Item as described, delivery could have been quicker. But hey, at least on this item it didn't arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging and the seller didn't send a rude feedback chaser email mere hours after delivery (as was the case with another item from them), so that's positive I guess.
