Scam alert! I ordered a 5G dual SIM phone. The seller sent me a single SIM 4G model. The SIM tray only accepts 1 SIM card and there is no option for configuring SIM card settings. I have since discovered that even though the sealed box it came in says 5G, the internal phone info indicates the model (SM-235N) is a 4G model. The seller later claimed it is a hybrid model and requires additional purchase from the manufacturer. Seller was uncooperative and unresponsive. Thankfully eBay refunded.

Phone was not brand new as listed, it had scuffs and dirt in some of the grooves and evidence of first being used in 2020. It appeared to be a refurbished phone that was resealed and packaged up like new and overall condition I would class as grade B. Upon contacting seller they were content to offer me a full refund & I agreed upon a partial refund. In the sellers defence they may be unaware that's it's not brand new if they purchased themselves factory sealed (see pics).

Scammers avoid like the plague. This items are not new they are also damaged. They will block feed back, not allow refunds and not answer contact requests. Items do not work and are not fit for purpose the warranty they allude to is false they will send out broken second hand trash with no functionality then never take it back, just run with your money, absolute scammers. Trued to contact and leave feedback for weeks and get return no answer until last returnrequest I made with immediate refusal
